Getting Started
What is CryptoArbitra and how does it work?
CryptoArbitra monitors price quotes across supported exchanges and highlights potential arbitrage spreads. Our bot cross check coins across diffrent platforms and displays profit oppurtoities. You place trades on your own accounts, we do not have access to your acounts. The bot works fast to spot differences in price for the same coin
System requirements
Windows: Windows 10/11 (64-bit), internet, ~150MB disk.
macOS: macOS 12+, allow apps from identified developers.
Linux: Ubuntu 22.04+/Debian 12/Fedora 39+, glibc 2.35+.
Where do I download the bot?
After you Register, From the User Page after login. The Download button serves the latest installer via HTTPS.
How do I install and activate my license?
- Register and purchase a plan.
- Install the desktop app for your OS. For details download the user guide.
- Launch the bot and sign in with the same email.
- The system automaticly validation your license to your device, and run.
Licensing & Device Binding
How many devices per license?
One device per license. The first successful validation binds it to your device.
Can I move my license to a new device?
Yes. Contact support to reset binding (ownership verification required). Relaunch the bot on the new device to auto-bind.
Why do I see “device mismatch”?
Your license is already bound to another device. Use the original device or request a reset.
Login lockout
For security, maximum 5 failed attempts per 15 minutes. Wait for cooldown or use password reset.
Plans, Payments & Referral Codes
What plans are available?
Monthly – $25 · Quarterly – $65 · Annual – $200 (USD).
Payment methods
Stripe (cards) and PayPal. Licenses are issued automatically after confirmation.
Referral codes
Enter your code at registrations or renewal. Some codes are plan-specific (Monthly/Quarterly/Annual). Discount is shown before you pay.
Refund policy
Refunds may be granted within 5 days if you cannot use the product due to a technical issue we can’t resolve. Contact support with your email and transaction ID.
Security & Privacy
Is my data secure?
We enforce HTTPS, rate limiting, and server-side hashing for device IDs. We do not require trading permissions or exchange keys for your accounts.

Troubleshooting
Installer blocked by antivirus
This can happen with unsigned apps. Temporarily allow the installer, then re-run.
“License not found or inactive”
- Use the same email as purchase.
- Check plan start/end dates on your user page.
- If expired, renew then relaunch the app.
“Network error” when checking a referral code
Ensure the site is loaded over HTTPS, and your internet connect works. Retry and contact support with timestamp if it persists.
Password reset email didn’t arrive
- Check spam/junk.
- Wait a few minutes and request again.
- Allow the email
